- Vij's does Indian differently. The focus is on traditional Indian spices and flavors done in a modern way. Vij's uses only fresh ingredients. The restaurant sources many ingredients locally and uses what's seasonally the best.
The all-female kitchen staff works in two shifts to prepare for the evening meals. Homemade is the key here.
Vij's does not take reservations, but the occasional wait for a table is worth it. The translation is luxury food at an affordable price.
