I just discovered chana maalsa at Whole Foods a few weeks ago, and I’ve been on such a chana maalsa kick now! I never knew how much I’d like Indian food. Last night, we mixed some with orzo and frozen veggies, and it was awesome. Pretty much as easy and as quick of a dinner as you can make. I miss blogger meet-ups . . . did one when I lived in Philly and I hope that ones comes to Orlando soon.
