How to make Restaurant style Kadhai Paneer at home?

Want  to make easy and delicious Kadhai Paneer(Karahi Paneer) at home, just the way it is made in the restaurants? Try this recipe of Kadhai Paneer. Full of flavour cooked in various Indian spices, this Paneer dish tastes best with Paratha, roti, naan or other flatbreads.

Ingredients:
340 gms Paneer
3 tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 cup Bell peppers/Capsicum (Red, green, yellow etc)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3 cloves of garlic
2 inch piech of ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Paprika
1 green chilli
2 -3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves
1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Method:
1. Fry Paneer cubes until golden brown. Take them out of wok and set aside.
2. In the same oil, add cumin seeds and fry onions, ginger-garlic and green chillies along with salt, paprika and turmeric.
3. Add Peppers and Saute for 2 mins.
4. Add tomato puree and cook further for 7-8 mins.
5. Add Paneer pieces and coat them well with masala.
6. Add fenugreek leaves and garam masala.
Serve hot with roti or naan.
