About Me: My name is Aditi and this is my humble attempt to share my passion for cooking Indian food with you. I grew up eating Indian food and some of my favourite childhood memories include watching my mom create magical dishes with basic Indian spices, cooking with my dad on the weekends, visiting grandma, uncles and aunts during holidays and enjoying aromatic fresh and authentic Indian food. I’ve spent countless hours with my mom, cousins, friends and family poring over magazines and cookbooks and trying out new recipes, as well as creating and recreating Indian food classics.

My kitchen is all about mouthwatering appetizers, decadent desserts, delicious entrees, some traditional and some new age recipes.
