1 large sweet Potato
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Pwd
1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Cut sweet potato in long thin pieces. Pieces should be more or less the same size.
2. Add in oil and seasoning.
2. Bake for 12- 15 mins. Enjoy Fresh!
