Learn how to make stuffed Indian flatbread using grated cauliflower and Indian spices. Typical Indian breakfast food gobi parathas are easy to make and taste so good.

•½ kg Gobi (Cauliflower)
•1 Onion (chopped)
•1 tsp Red chilies
•2-3 Green chilies (chopped)
•1 tsp Haldi powder
•½ tsp Jeera
•Salt to taste
•Wheat dough (keep it aside)
•Finely chop Gobi in blender and keep aside adding some salt for 10 mins or alternatively grate the gobi.
•Take a bowl remove the water from Gobi with your hand and mix all the ingredients together well.
•Now roll the wheat dove to the size of puri with your 2 fingers apply oil on it and place 1 tbsp of Gobi mix on it and close the chapatti from all the sides properly.
•Now slowly roll it in a size of chapatti, place it on a hot tava and cook both the sides applying butter or pure ghee.
•Serve hot with any pickle or curd and enjoy the great taste.
