What is East Indian Cuisine about?

East Indian cuisine is all about aromatic flavors, colorful spices and delicios curries.

Some  basic ingredients that East Indian people use in their vegetables are: Salt, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala (blend of different spices), Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Tomatoes and Turmeric.

Butter Chicken, Curry Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Naan, Roti, Daal (lentils), Rice (Chaawal), Aloo Gobi (Potatoes -Cauliflower), Aloo Matar (Potatoes-Peas), Matar-Paneer (Peas-Indian cottage cheese), Chana Masala (Chick peas), Rajmah (Red Kidney Beans), Shahi Paneer (Cheese in special gravy) are some common East Indian dishes.
